How it

WORKS:

  • Select a mini or full membership

  • Pay for your first month at sign-up (a card will be saved on file for future monthly payments)

  • Monthly points will be loaded into your account

  • At the beginning of your month, qualifying points will rollover, the card will be charged and new points will be added to your account.

How does the point system work?

Points have an allocated dollar value. Ask your store about their point system.

What happens if I don’t use all my points?

At the end of your month, up to two points for a mini membership and up to six points for a full membership will be carried over.​

What is the commitment?

A 3-month commitment is required for all memberships. You can adjust your membership at any time after your initial 3 months.

What if I need to adjust my membership?

You can adjust your membership here. We require a 5 day notice for cancellations.

A cancellation confirmation email will be sent confirming the membership is cancelled. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure they receive this confirmation that their membership is cancelled. The email serves as the cancellation receipt.

Can I use my membership at any location?

  • Memberships at Blue Ash or Hyde Park can be used at both stores.

  • Memberships at Mason and West Chester can be used at both stores.

  • For all other locations, memberships are only valid at the store they were purchased.

What happens if I run out of points?

Members can purchase a Booster and receive an additional 12 items. Booster items never expire while you are an active member. They will carry over month to month. The Booster program is ONLY available to active members. Ask your store about Booster pricing. ​

Can I use my membership to do a weekly cleanse?

Yes! Many of our members purchase a membership to cleanse weekly.
